Position: Production / Designer
About Us
Wrapco Signs, LLC is a full-service vehicle wrap and custom sign shop serving central Indiana. We specialize in vinyl graphics, large-format printing, and custom signage for businesses, fleets, and branding clients. Our shop is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Production / Designer to join our team. This position blends design work, print production, and hands-on shop activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prep artwork for vehicle wraps, signs, and decals.
- Operate printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters.
- Weed, mask, and prepare vinyl graphics for application.
- Assist with wrap and sign installations.
- Ensure quality control, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years experience in sign production, vinyl wrapping, or large-format printing.
- Flexi Sign Pro / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop skills / AI knowledge
- Knowledge of printers, plotters, and lamination helpful.
- Reliable, organized, and quality-focused.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication.
