Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
Manage daily content creation, including graphics, videos, and written posts, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment and industry trends.
Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling, publishing, and analytics tracking.
Optimize content for SEO and incorporate keyword research strategies to increase organic reach.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and engagement.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding to comments and messages promptly.
Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Experience with social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to create compelling content that aligns with branding guidelines; experience in graphic design is a plus.
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration strategies.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.
Strong relationship management skills for engaging with audiences and influencers effectively.
Ability to analyze data insights for continuous campaign optimization; experience in web analytics is preferred.
