Program Overview About The Role This is a role is part of a high-impact team delivering critical insights from data to the Sponsor reaching objectives and enabling informed decision making. The Candidate needs to be skilled at gathering, manipulating, and understanding data resources and combines these skills with curiosity and a passion for solving organizational problems. A strong communicator with developed internal client consulting skills, the Candidate will be responsible for understanding the vision and objectives of the Sponsor while proactively finding data-based solutions that lead the organization. This role ensures the timely delivery of high-quality visual analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting products that support operational awareness, executive decision-making, and mission outcomes.
Duties
- Oversee the development of dashboards and visual reporting of performance metrics to support operational tracking, executive decision-making, and program oversight.
- Manage schedules, milestones, workload prioritization, and performance metrics related to visualization deliverables.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to data quality, visualization usability, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure documentation of visualization requirements, design standards, data sources, and deployment procedures.
- Prepare and deliver executive- and operator-level briefings, dashboard demonstrations, and visual analytics presentations for leadership and mission stakeholders.
- Create advanced reporting and dashboards visualization in Tableau and/or utilizing AI tools
- Identify and create new data resources from disparate sources to enable reporting, and analyticsQualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Tableau and/or other data visualization tools and techniques
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- TS/SCI With POLY
- Experience utilizing AI to support data manipulation and dashboard generation
- Ability to create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
- Programming experience with frameworks such as Python & SQL
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling "stand-alone" graphic products
- Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across organizational boundaries to accomplish mission goals
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range Details Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
