The Role
We are hiring an Advertising Account Executive to work directly with Maui businesses.
This is an active outbound role. You will connect with business owners by phone, in person and at community events, introduce advertising opportunities, follow up consistently and guide advertisers from first conversation through placement and renewal.
This role requires initiative, professionalism and comfort working in a small market where relationships matter.
What You’ll Do
- Call and meet with local Maui businesses
- Present print and digital advertising opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline within our CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects and current advertisers
- Coordinate ad materials and deadlines with our production team
- Represent the magazine professionally in the community
- Work toward defined monthly revenue goals

- Enjoy being visible and active in the local community
Sales or media experience is helpful. Discipline, communication and consistency matter most for this role.
