We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Souvenir Photographer Trainer to lead the development of photography skills among our team members. This role is essential in elevating the quality of souvenir photography, ensuring consistency, creativity, and technical excellence across all visual content. As a Souvenir Photographer Trainer, you will inspire and educate staff on best practices in photography, post-production, and visual storytelling, empowering them to capture memorable moments that resonate with our customers. Your expertise will help shape the visual identity of our souvenir offerings and enhance overall customer experience through compelling imagery.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on photography techniques, photo editing, and post-production workflows using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Final Cut Pro.
- Provide hands-on coaching to team members on camera operation, lighting setup, composition, and art direction to produce high-quality souvenir images.
- Educate staff on color management principles and color theory to ensure accurate and vibrant photo outputs across various media.
- Guide trainees in advanced photo manipulation, editing, and retouching techniques to enhance visual appeal while maintaining authenticity.
- Conduct filming and videography sessions for souvenir videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite to create engaging multimedia content.
- Develop standardized procedures for photo editing, video production, social media management, and content delivery to maintain consistency across all visual assets.
- Monitor progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement in photographic skills and creative expression.
- Proven experience in Souvenir Photography with a strong management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Darkroom, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, train and build successful teams across the state of Texas
- Strong understanding of sales-driven souvenir photography
