Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Product Designer role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and refining user-centered products and experiences. Responsibilities include conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating visually compelling designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves understanding users' needs and translating them into innovative and functional product designs that align with the company's vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design
- Experience in Design Thinking and solving complex design challenges
- Proficiency in User Research and UX Research to inform design decisions
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in design or related disciplines preferred
- Prior experience in digital product design is a plus
