This role blends hands‑on engineering with true project ownership:
- Drive the full design lifecycle of power, lighting, security, fire alarm, and technology systems
- Lead projects through a 50/50 design and project management balance
- Work directly with architects, clients, contractors, and internal teams—your voice matters here
- Apply advanced technologies including Scan‑to‑BIM, REVIT, BIM, and Navisworks
- Perform NEC‑based load calculations and ensure full code compliance
- Conduct site visits, lead client meetings, and support construction administration
- Deliver clean, professional documentation and technical writing
- Shape the next generation of high‑performance commercial and institutional design
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in commercial building systems is mandatory***
- Active P.E. license (any U.S. state—relocation encouraged)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficient in REVIT, BIM, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office; strong computer and modeling skills are essential
