Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties
- Lead project planning, including developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and project management software to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate all phases of construction, from blueprint reading and schematics review to site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards
- Manage project budgets through accurate construction estimating and HeavyBid tools, tracking costs and controlling expenditures effectively
- Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and negotiations to establish clear scope of work and performance expectations
- Monitor daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines
- Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration with team members and clients
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination
- Bi Lingual (Spanish / English) required.
Experience
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools; experience with Construction management software is highly desirable
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Hands-on experience in construction estimating and project cost control techniques
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
