Job Title: Showroom Sales Associate – SRQ Modern
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to join our team at SRQ Modern. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves helping customers select the perfect products for their remodeling projects, supporting showroom operations, and ensuring an inviting and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, answering questions about products, and offering expert advice.
- Support customers in understanding design options, helping them visualize how products can be incorporated into their spaces.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Assist with processing sales, handling cash, credit transactions, and completing paperwork efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring follow-ups and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of showroom events and promotions to drive sales.
- Work closely with the team to achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to achieving company goals.
- Utilize design software (Sketchup or similar) to create visual layouts for customers and assist in their design decisions.
- Manage customer data, sales, and transactions using Salesforce CRM.
- Handle invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting through QuickBooks.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for daily administrative tasks, communication, and collaboration.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in a showroom or design-related environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of remodeling and design is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and sales.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, financial reporting, and managing transactions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 for managing documents, spreadsheets, and communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
