Paid Circulator (Pay Per Shift)
Location: California Bay Area (Local Field Work)
Pay Type: Per Shift
Pay Schedule: Paid twice a week
Weekly Earnings: $750–$2500 + based on performance
Position Overview
We are hiring Paid Circulators to collect petition signatures as part of a statewide effort.This is a structured, shift-based role with clear quotas and guaranteed per-shift pay when requirements are met.
No prior political or petition experience required. Training is provided.
Compensation Structure (Per Shift)
Per Shift & Pay Tiers:
*Half board (7 issues)
*Full Board (13 Issues)
Tier 1:
Half Board (7 issues) $150 = 7 sets
Full Board (13 issues) $250= 7 sets
Tier 2:* must do full board only for Tier 2
Full Board (13 issues) $500 = 14 sets
Tier 3:
*Pay per valid signature ($3-$7 per signature based on issue)

Responsibilities
- Work assigned up to 8-hour shifts in public locations
- Collect petition signatures using approved scripts and materials
- Follow all compliance and quality standards
- Turn in completed petitions at designated times and locations
- Communicate with field managers during shifts
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable speaking with the public
- Dependable, punctual, and able to complete full shifts

Advancement Opportunity
Circulators who consistently meet or exceed quotas and follow compliance standards may be eligible to transition into higher-earning performance-based roles after 10-20 shifts based on manager’s approval.
