Business Development Executive – Large-Scale Events & Temporary Infrastructure
RPC Group is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive expansion within our Events and Temporary Infrastructure Division.
This position will focus on business development across Florida and nationwide within the United States, targeting large-scale events including sporting events, festivals, concerts, trade shows, corporate events, social events, and other major productions — always delivering solution-oriented services tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and actively open new markets.
Build and maintain long-term strategic client relationships.
Identify client needs and propose customized event infrastructure solutions.
Expand RPC Group’s presence within the events industry.
Generate new leads and convert them into secured projects.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
Support commercial strategy and company growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bilingual English and Spanish (required).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account growth within events, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic marketing knowledge.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Willingness to travel within Florida and nationwide as needed.
Compensation
Base salary of $60,000 annually.
Highly competitive commission structure based on performance.
