Job Title: Temporary, Talent Acquisition, Coordinator Corporate
Reports To: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Corporate
This role supports the corporate Talent Acquisition team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on sourcing, pipeline development, and providing comprehensive support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. The Temporary Coordinator will play a crucial role in attracting top-tier talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and contributing to strategic talent initiatives for Christian Dior Couture.
Job responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to build broad and diverse talent pipelines. This includes leveraging online resources, job sites, talent mapping, and candidate networking to identify and engage top talent for current and anticipated corporate roles.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates to foster a positive employer brand and build a robust talent network.
- Partner with peers within the LVMH group to share talent profiles and recruitment best practices.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment Support
- Assist in the end-to-end active recruitment process for corporate roles, from initial kick-off meetings and job posting support, through phone screening, interview scheduling, gathering and consolidating feedback from hiring managers, managing reference checks, and supporting offer extensions and negotiations.
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidates' qualifications, utilizing job requirements and a strong understanding of the luxury industry.
- Ensure an elevated candidate experience, consistent with Christian Dior Couture's standards, by recommending and implementing best practices.
Business Partnership & Process Optimization
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team, HR Team, and internal business partners to understand organizational objectives, current hiring needs, anticipated future demands, and identify talent pipeline gaps. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and active search statuses to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and business partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes, working with the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to set goals, offer input, and develop company recruitment standards.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition through continuous learning, professional networking, and participation in relevant organizations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent databases.
Profile
- 1-3 years of related recruitment experience, preferably from a fashion luxury employer or agency.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and exercise sound judgment on when to escalate issues or seek guidance.
- Possesses a strong sense of urgency and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Creative thinker capable of developing innovative talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A natural connector and relationship builder.
- Strong assessment skills with the ability to clearly articulate candidate qualifications.
Additional information
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70k - $80k annually, plus potential eligibility to participate in the Company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
