Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
- Appointments may require nights and weekends
- Typical workload: 8–10 appointments per week

Position Summary:
This Outside Sales Representative role is built for competitors who want performance-based income and real career growth. You’ll meet with homeowners, identify roofing needs, present solutions, and close retail-focused deals while our systems and operations handle production and project management. With 100% company-provided leads and commission-based performance pay, top reps earn $100K–$200K+ annually by consistently producing and closing business.

You are confident in communicating with homeowners, resilient under pressure, and disciplined in your follow-up and pipeline activity, with a mindset focused on winning, improving, and executing at a high level every month.
Core Responsibilities:
- Start each day with team meetings and training
- Run pre-confirmed in-home appointments (typically 1 PM – 5 PM start window)
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Perform ladder or attic inspections to assess damage
- Negotiate and close solutions that meet homeowner needs
