Job Summary
We are a small, fun, and trendy clothing company in Stamford, Connecticut. We are seeking a dedicated Meta Ads Manager to join our team! We are looking for a data-driven individual who understands how to profitably scale e-commerce brands using Facebook & Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate has a proven track record, detail-oriented, and has a passion for social media!
This position is hybrid and must be able to commute to Stamford, CT 3-4x a month.
Position Details:
- Hours: 5-15 hours per week
- Salary: $35.00-$60.00 per hour, increase on experience
- Flexible working schedule
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop structured creative testing frameworks
- Analyze and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
- Scale winning ads while controlling ad fatigue
- Coordinate with executive team on high-converting ad angles
- Monitor pixel health and event tracking
- Manage budgets efficiently (daily + monthly pacing)
- Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Able to start position as soon as possible
- 2+ years managing Meta ads for e-commerce brands
- Proven experience scaling brands past $50K/month in paid traffic
- Strong understanding of: Creative testing, Funnel structure, Retargeting segmentation
- Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, CAC, and contribution margin
- Experience with Shopify
