A top professional services organization is seeking a Client Development Manager / Industry Teams Manager to help drive growth within its Financial Services practice. This hybrid, primarily in-office role supports leadership across banking, fintech, and digital assets in a fast-moving, highly regulated market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development plans with practice leaders. Support growth initiatives across banking, payments, fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.
Analyze market trends and deliver actionable insights to strengthen client strategies. Identify cross-selling opportunities and prepare attorneys for client meetings and industry events. Partner with marketing to produce thought leadership, webinars, and industry recognition submissions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
7+ years of marketing or business development experience within an AM Law firm. Strong understanding of financial services regulation and emerging fintech/digital asset markets preferred. Comfortable working onsite in a hybrid environment multiple days per week. Proven strength in strategic planning, pitch development, and cross-functional collaboration.
