Overview
We are looking for a creative and responsible Florist/Admin to join us in the shop. Responsibilities include designing and arranging floral displays, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inventory. On the Admin side you will be answering and imputing phone orders along with website orders and tracking the flow throughout the week, so moderate computer skills are required. While we are located in an awesome family neighborhood with some foot traffic, we take most orders over the phone and online through our website. We have a mix of style from traditional to contemporary, so let us see what you got!

Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Provide knowledgeable advice to customers on flower selection, care, and arrangement styles.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring freshness of flowers.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the display area for flowers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floral design is required; WE ARE NOT CONSIDERING APPLICANTS WITH NO FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
- Strong retail sales skills with an understanding of retail math principles.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual would be amazing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for flowers and creativity in designing unique arrangements that delight customers.
