About DealGround and the Role
DealGround is an early-stage, Bay Area–headquartered AI-based Proptech startup founded by seasoned CRE veterans and a CEO with a track record of successful exits. Our AI-powered platform turns proprietary property data into actionable intelligence, helping brokers source more deals,faster. We move at startup speed: rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions, and relentless execution.
We're looking for a super-hungry and aggressive Sales Development Representative to work high quality leads, perform demos of the platform and close. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, marketing and sales personnel in a data-driven, rapid-experiment environment, making calls to prospects, pitching the DealGround platform, executing demos and closing deals. This role is high-impact, fast paced, and built for someone who thrives on speed, precision, and wants to help shape the sales engine of a growing company. The role will start as a base-plus-commission role, with the opportunity to evolve into a higher-salaried sales position as we achieve company milestones.
The company is headquartered in the SF Bay Area, so the Bay Area is a huge plus, however this role is open to employees working remotely.
What You'll Do- Crush High-Quality Leads: Relentlessly pursue top-tier prospects, helping data first brokers turn property data into deal-closing opportunities with precision and speed.
- Pitch with Power: Deliver electrifying, data centric pitches for DealGround’s AI-powered platform, captivating brokers and driving demo bookings.
- Own the Demo Game: Schedule and execute high-energy demos, showcasing how DealGround transforms property data into deal-sourcing rocket fuel.
- Close Deals, Win Big: Seal the deal with finesse, leveraging your hustle to drive revenue and earn hefty commissions.
- Learn from the Best: Work side-by-side with the CEO, marketing and sales personnel in a fast-paced, data-driven environment to supercharge the sales engine. This is an incredible learning opportunity for someone early in their career
- Positively impact the company’s ARR goals: This person will have a large impact as the company scales up its initial revenue and 10x’s our current customer base

- Scoreboard baby: Track and report on sales performance across the company. Leverage AI agentic techniques to plan your demos and increase your close rate
What We're Looking For- 1–2 years of sales experience in a B2B startup, SaaS company or Real Estate firm
- Strong verbal skills and clarity of communication. This candidate can keep people on the phone
- Familiarity with updating CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong writing skills and fast email follow ups
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering
- Self-starter with a bias toward execution and ownership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate or proptech is a plus, but not required
