A leading global live‑entertainment discovery platform is seeking a Regional Manager (GM level) to oversee some of its most strategic and fastest growing markets across North America. In this senior leadership role, you'll hold full regional ownership - including P&L management, team leadership, partnerships, and market expansion. Role Responsibilities
- Own the full regional P&L and be accountable for overall business performance.
- Lead a 20-30 person business unit, including a team of 5-8 direct reports.
- Conduct weekly business reviews and ensure the ongoing health of the originals experiences portfolio.
- Drive regional strategy, oversee headcount planning, and ensure operational excellence across all teams.
- Lead market growth initiatives, manage regional expansion, and oversee the development of new cities.
- Build and manage high‑value external partnerships with venues, studios, and production partners.
- Ensure strong cross‑functional alignment with global product, operations, finance, and creative teams.
What We're Looking For
Experience Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an operations or related general management functions.
- Experience leading multi‑layered teams totaling
- Prior P&L ownership experience
- A background that combines strategy consulting + operator/startup experience
- Strong exposure to tech, platforms, or marketplace environments
Experience Preferred
- Experience in entertainment, live events, venue partnerships, or production
- Regional/multi‑city leadership background
