Sestra is looking for a part-time retail associate to join its small team at its Short Hills location.
Sestra is a curated European womenswear boutique built on trust, taste, and meaningful connection with women in our community. The right person won’t just “work shifts” - they will care about the space, the customers who walk through the door, and how we can continually make their experience better.
Store hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm. This role requires working Saturdays and flexibility during key retail periods (holidays and school breaks).

Retail experience is welcome, but what matters more is maturity, reliability, emotional intelligence, and a sense of stewardship. You’ll be part of shaping how Sestra grows — from how we serve clients to how we refine our systems behind the scenes.
