Duties
- Assist technicians with locating and ordering parts for vehicle repairs within the dealership.
- Checking in freight.
- Stocking parts.
- Delivery of parts to our customers.
- Assisting our customers in locating and ordering parts.
- Keep the department well organized and clean.
- Performing other duties as prescribed by parts management.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively using inventory management tools like CMMS or similar platforms
- Must have proven experience working in a professional parts position.
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is preferred. Must be insurable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
