E-Commerce Manager

Role Overview
Beau & Ro is seeking a highly organized and analytical E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our online sales channels. This role is responsible for the performance, merchandising, and optimization of our Shopify website and digital marketing channels.
The E-Commerce Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the website, analyze performance metrics, optimize conversion and customer experience, and oversee paid and owned digital channels that drive revenue.
This position requires someone who is both data-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of online retail operations and digital growth strategy.
Website Management
- Own day-to-day management of the Shopify website
- Launch new product pages and collections
- Ensure product pages, images, descriptions, and inventory are accurate
- Optimize navigation, site merchandising, and product discovery
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers when needed
- Maintain brand standards across the website
Online Sales Performance
- Own and track weekly and monthly online revenue targets
- Monitor and report key KPIs
Digital Marketing Channels
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising, including Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS
- Coordinate with marketing team on creative assets
Merchandising & Promotions
- Plan online merchandising for product launches, collections, and promotions
- Coordinate seasonal sales and promotional campaigns
- Ensure alignment between e-commerce, retail, and marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years experience in e-commerce management
- Experience with Shopify required
- Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in fashion or retail e-commerce preferred
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
