Job Description Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the public digital footprint of Solaris Healthcare. This role will develop, implement, and manage all digital marketing campaigns that promote Solaris Heatlhcare.
**Sufficient knowledge in Design with Adobe Programs is required.**
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines and social media.
2. Oversee all aspects of the Solaris website including maintenance, content and analyzing data pertaining to the site.
3. Collaborate with Marketing and Media departments to create content that aligns with the message and goals of Solaris.
4. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings (SEO).
5. Coordinate and oversee E-Mail marketing campaigns. Share results with leadership.
6. Develop and track digital referrals as they are received.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and provide recommendations for new strategies to stay competitive.
8. Ensure digital marketing products comply with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.
9. Adheres to Standards of Conduct.
10. Other duties as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications
1. Proven background, in marketing or communications, with an emphasis on digital engagement.
2. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
3. Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing and content management.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
5. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Suite.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
