Our client Commercial Cleaning Services is expanding across the Tampa Bay area, and we’re looking for a driven Account Manager / Business Development professional to help grow our commercial cleaning division.
This role is ideal for someone with strong relationships in property management, HOAs, office buildings, condos, and commercial real estate who enjoys building partnerships and growing accounts.
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who can develop new business while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

What You’ll Do
• Develop new business with property managers, HOAs, office buildings, and commercial facilities
• Manage relationships with existing commercial clients
• Conduct property visits and service walk-throughs
• Prepare proposals and close service agreements
• Network within the Tampa Bay commercial real estate community
• Ensure service quality and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales
• Existing relationships in property management, commercial real estate, or facility management (strongly preferred)
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate new opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships
