Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the property, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and meeting revenue goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves leveraging market knowledge to implement effective sales strategies and foster business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent client relationship management skills, including communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience with hospitality sales, event planning, or similar roles
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and basic office applications
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Nashville, TN
