Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sugar Land, TX for an E-commerce Experience Salesperson. The role involves managing and expanding client accounts, advising customers on IT product selections suited to their needs, building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to enhance product offerings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and provide insights to help our clients thrive in the competitive e-commerce market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including experience in building customer relationships, account management, and closing deals
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon FBA and their operational requirements
- Knowledge of IT products and the ability to advise clients on product selection and usage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to identify business development opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales and e-commerce environments is highly advantageous
