We’re looking for a Graphic Designer focused on production execution and product design to join our Creative team.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for preparing accurate, production-ready artwork and mockups using licensed sports brand assets. This role supports customer orders by building designs within established templates, managing revisions, and ensuring artwork meets both customer specifications and licensor brand guidelines.
In addition to production work, designers on our team also create custom artwork and product designs based on customer requests and emerging trends in the sports retail marketplace.

What You'll Do
• Prepare artwork files for production using licensed brand assets and established templates
• Generate product mockups to illustrate finished designs for internal teams and customers
• Manage artwork revisions based on customer requests and licensor feedback
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, color specifications, and artwork standards
• Create custom artwork and product designs based on specific customer requests
• Develop new artwork concepts inspired by trends in the collegiate and professional sports retail market
• Translate sports branding, team culture, and fan trends into product-ready designs
• Organize and maintain artwork assets and production files
• Collaborate with production, sales, and creative teams to ensure accurate execution of orders
• Work efficiently within a high-volume production environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive design and production workflows

Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of preparing artwork for production

Preferred Experience
• Experience working with print production or product design
• Experience designing consumer products or retail merchandise
• Familiarity with working within brand guidelines or licensed assets
• Experience generating product mockups for retail or e-commerce
• Experience with SAP or other production workflow systems
• Interest in college and professional sports
Education
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Salary Range: 45-55k
