Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced HR professional with strong exposure across the full HR lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in driving talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development while partnering closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.
Talent Management:
- Drive performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
- Support learning & development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and manage workplace issues with fairness and compliance.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Retention Strategies:
- Analyze attrition trends and implement retention programs.
- Conduct stay interviews and employee engagement surveys.
- Design initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design.
- Align HR strategies with long-term business goals.
Executive Coaching & Succession Planning:
- Provide coaching support to senior leaders and managers.
- Develop succession planning frameworks for key roles.
- Build leadership pipelines and career progression models.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
- Partner in benefits program administration and policy design.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal equity standards.
