Title: Junior Graphic Designer
Reports to: Senior Graphic Designer
Primary Location: New York Metropolitan Area (hybrid)
Position Summary
We are seeking a curious, fast-moving Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative team. This role is the backbone of our day-to-day creative production—supporting email, DTC assets, Amazon graphics, PDP updates, and packaging edits.
You will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to execute high-quality creative across digital and print touchpoints. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys production design and execution, taking pride in creating polished, consistent work across many assets and formats.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes design fundamentals, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable working within established brand systems and templates. Applicants must include a portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout hierarchy, and production-ready design work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Produce and update promotional and evergreen email assets while maintaining strong hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency
- Execute creative variations for testing and optimization (image swaps, layout adjustments, CTA updates) with speed and accuracy
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution across desktop and mobile formats
- Update website PDP graphics and ecommerce assets using established templates and brand guidelines
- Support Amazon and marketplace content by preparing and updating product imagery and A+ assets
- Assist the packaging designer with packaging, label, and regulatory copy updates
- Prepare and update print-ready files for production
- Organize design files and collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to keep projects moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
Experience:
- 2–3 years of design experience, ideally supporting digital marketing or ecommerce environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design across email, web, ecommerce, or social
- Solid understanding of typography, layout hierarchy, composition, and color
- Experience working within brand guidelines and template systems
- Experience preparing print files or supporting packaging production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma also a plus
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and can deliver polished, on-brand work
- Understands not just what to design, but why design hierarchy and clarity matter

Nice-to-Have Experience
- Familiarity with Amazon or A+ content asset production
- Light motion graphics experience (After Effects, Premiere, simple animation, or GIF creation)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI or responsive design principles

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentives. The base salary hiring range for this position is $67,000 - $72,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
