Connoisseur Media – Columbus, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time, motivated, and energetic
Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment and enjoy connecting with local businesses, this is a great opportunity to build relationships and help clients grow through the power of radio marketing. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills who can balance multiple priorities, collaborate with a dynamic team, and bring a positive, solution-focused attitude every day.
Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Contact established and new customers in our listening area and present radio marketing plans.
- Develop a positive relationship with Account Executives and support staff.
- Submit ad schedule and copy to the traffic department.
- Generate new business and establish relationships with clients.

- Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and handle interruptions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must have a great personality and be able to work in a team environment.

Salary: $31,200, plus 10% commission.
