Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of the project.
- Prepare and present project reports, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with concrete projects is essential; familiarity with civil, structural, and flatwork projects is a plus.
- Proficient in using project management software such as PlanGrid, PlanSwift, and Procore.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
