The Opportunity
We are seeking a Plumbing Sales Advisor to lead the charge on high-ticket residential plumbing projects. This is not just a sales role it’s a leadership opportunity. You’ll be working directly with homeowners on projects like repipes, trenchless sewer pipe liner, sewer redrains, water treatment installations, and remodels, while also mentoring our service team and ensuring that every job meets Diamond Plumbing’s 5-star standards.

What You’ll Do
- Drive High-Ticket Sales – Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by our technicians and marketing team, build trust with homeowners, and close large-scale plumbing projects.
- Lead Projects – Oversee installations and ensure work is completed to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coach & Mentor – Work alongside our service technicians, providing ride-along training, sales coaching, and technical support when needed.
- Customer Care – Follow up with homeowners after projects to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to Growth – Bring ideas and leadership to help us refine processes, hit aggressive revenue goals, and scale our operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience with strong technical knowledge
- Proven ability to close high-value home service projects (plumbing sales experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with permitting, plumbing codes, and compliance
- Experience using CRM software (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar)
- Leadership mindset: ability to coach, mentor, and elevate others
- Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
