About The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to support the execution of Sprig’s marketing programs across events, campaigns, and community experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience executing modern B2B marketing programs across events, community, and digital campaigns.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Events & Field Marketing Lead and the Director of Enterprise Marketing to bring Sprig’s marketing programs to life across events, campaigns, and digital channels.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our marketing initiatives run smoothly—from coordinating event logistics and supporting campaign launches to helping manage webinars, gifting programs, and practitioner-focused experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational execution and building meaningful connections within professional communities.

Your Impact
- Help plan and and execute marketing programs across events, campaigns, and digital channels
- Coordinate logistics and operations for field events, conferences, and Sprig-hosted experiences
- Help execute webinars and virtual programming, including speaker coordination and promotion
- Assist with campaign launches by coordinating marketing assets, communications, and program timelines
- Manage direct mail and gifting initiatives tied to enterprise marketing programs
- Plan and execute practitioner-focused events such as happy hours, meetups, and networking experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver impact
Your Strengths
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, community engagement, program coordination or business development
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Interest in events, community building, and enterprise marketing
- Experience supporting B2B or SaaS marketing programs is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and travel up to 10%

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $120,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
