The Role
- Join a collaborative development team building and maintaining software solutions for the nuclear industry.
- Develop applications using C# / .NET and modern web technologies (Blazor, REST APIs).
- Work closely with nuclear engineers and domain experts to translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clean, reliable applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and iterative improvement of existing products.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of RADMAN™ and other WMG software platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with C# / .NET development and object-oriented programming principles.
- Exposure to front-end development using Blazor.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a desire to keep learning.
- Good communicator who works well in a collaborative, team-first environment.
- No nuclear experience required — we'll teach you everything you need to know about the industry!
