The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring our operational accuracy and throughput. This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining high-volume data across multiple systems with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-driven, and capable of managing fast-paced workloads while meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Enter required data accurately into dealership databases.
- Perform a high volume of data entry tasks with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Ensure all data is processed, reviewed, and updated in accordance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic data or system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity standards at all times.
- Support daily workflow expectations to meet production benchmarks and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify missing information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Reliable, hard-working, and committed to consistent performance.
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Schedule and Compensation
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hourly rate of $19-$22 based on experience.
