Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and creative
Brand Design Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity for an aspiring designer to gain hands-on experience in developing and maintaining a strong brand identity across various platforms, including exploring the emerging role of AI in creative workflows. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams, contributing to projects that shape how our brand is perceived and experienced by our audience.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to Design Production: Assist the design team in creating a variety of digital marketing materials, including emails, web landing pages, social media banners, and display ads, from concept exploration to final execution.
- Learn Design Execution: Roll up your sleeves and contribute to design plans, learning how to apply brand guidelines and execute visuals under the guidance of senior designers.
- Collaborate & Support: Work closely with creative leads and other team members, supporting them in addressing project requirements and learning how design work aligns with broader marketing objectives.
- Participate in Teamwork: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the agency, understanding the process of ensuring timely deliverables for various projects.
- Explore & Innovate: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaign concepts, digital tactics, and marketing activations. Embrace design exploration and proactively bring creative suggestions to the table.
- Explore AI in Brand Design: Learn about and experiment with how artificial intelligence tools can support brand design processes, from concept generation to content optimization.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Develop organizational skills by supporting multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Who You Are
- A Designer in Training: Currently enrolled in a college design, art, or similar program.
- Passionate & Curious: Eager to learn about the advertising world and help create digital marketing materials (emails, web landing pages, banners, display ads, etc.) that exceed expectations.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly aware of the big picture but realize success lies in getting the small things right.
- Ego-less: We all wear the hats that need wearing; it’s a mentality that makes the team successful.
- Highly Collaborative: A true team player who thrives in a shared environment.
- Self-Starter: Able to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects at once with enthusiasm.
Eligibility
- You are a rising undergrad senior, a recent grad, or a on a non-traditional path with a track record of delivering impact.
- Must be 18+ with U.S. work authorization
- Must be available to work and learn throughout the entirety of the program
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator.
- Passion for marketing and digital strategy, coupled with knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, creativity, and an understanding of branding principles.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
The base hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
