The Partnership Strategy Coordinator will primarily support the Senior Manager in the development and maintenance of sponsorship assets from concept through execution readiness. This role will focus on managing asset inventory, drafting internal proposals, creating pitch support materials and other relevant operational duties to better support the corporate department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead proposal operational efforts, including new partner onboarding and ongoing maintenance of the internal marketing inventory management system (Monday.com), ensuring accurate tracking of contract deliverables, budgets, timelines, and other critical asset data.
- Maintain and format partnership asset inventory across internal platforms, partnering with the Sr. Manager to translate conceptual ideas into clearly defined, executable, and partner‑ready sponsorship assets.
- Support sales pitch development by assisting in the creation and refinement of pitch deck visuals and presentation materials, helping maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery when full creative resources are not immediately available.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Analytics teams to analyze branded content performance and support the integration, tracking, and reporting of partnership assets using platforms such as ZOOMPH and Relo.
- Maintain strong cross‑departmental communication with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Partnerships and relevant Marketing teams, to streamline information sharing related to asset inventory and deliverables.
- Identify, recommend, and help implement tools, processes, and solutions that enhance sponsorship asset management, support revenue objectives, and elevate the overall marketing partnership ecosystem.
- Regularly review and enhance inventory systems and structures to ensure continued relevance, accuracy, and performance in an evolving digital marketing environment.
- Participate in internal meetings prepared to provide status updates on inventory fulfillment, asset performance, and outstanding deliverables.
- Support additional special projects and duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships, with a strong understanding of campaign execution and asset management
- Ability to create visual storytelling assets, with experience using design tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with platforms like ZOOMPH, Relo, or other tracking/reporting tools is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
