Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Maintain and improve data models, forecasts, and analytical tools
- Support strategic initiatives through research and quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Assist with process improvements and automation of reporting where possible
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and financial planning
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with Power BI, D365 or similar tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with forecasting and trend analysis
- Familiarity with financial or operational data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
