Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, and in person to deliver outstanding service and support.

- Assist customers with inquiries and requests while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools.
- Support client services by providing timely information and solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
