About the Role
This is not a traditional customer service role. This position sits at the intersection of client success and marketing, where you will manage client relationships while supporting campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
Ideal for candidates who are highly organized, client-focused, and interested in contributing to both customer experience and marketing execution.
This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the President, offering high visibility and direct involvement in client experience and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success (Customer Service & Lifecycle Management)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for active clients, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
- Manage the full client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, open enrollment, ongoing service requests, and renewals
- Respond to and triage client needs across email, phone, and text communication
- Coordinate with partners and service providers to resolve client issues and deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate records and activity in HubSpot, including managing tickets and tracking client interactions
Client Experience & Retention
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify potential risks
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure needs are met
- Escalate issues when necessary and support resolution
- Provide visibility into client health and satisfaction to leadership
Marketing (Campaigns, Events & Content Support)
- Support execution of marketing initiatives across social media, campaigns, and events
- Assist in creating marketing content and assets used in sales and lead generation
- Contribute to messaging, communications, and campaign development
- Participate in event planning, coordination, and execution
Event & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, communication, and follow-up
- Support pre-event outreach and post-event engagement
- Help ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Content & Creative Support
- Assist in developing written content for marketing and communications
- Utilize tools such as Canva to create and edit marketing materials
- Support social media activity and brand presence
Qualifications
Required / Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management
- Experience working within a CRM system such as HubSpot preferred
- Exposure to marketing, social media, or event coordination is a plus

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 – $70,000, plus benefits
