Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and solutions-oriented HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an on-the-road, face-to-face sales role focused on meeting homeowners, evaluating their heating and cooling needs, and recommending appropriate HVAC system options. The ideal candidate is comfortable visiting customers’ homes, conducting on-site assessments, building trust quickly, and guiding homeowners through rebates, incentives, and upgrade opportunities.
Previous HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required – we provide full training. We value strong communication skills, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities
Visit customer homes for sales consultations
- Assess basic site conditions and document photos/notes
- Demonstrate product benefits such as efficiency, comfort performance, warranty, and long-term savings
- Educate customers on available rebates, incentives, and financing options (including Mass Save and other programs)
- Present recommended heating and cooling solutions in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Present quotes and follow up to close sales
- Maintain professional communication with customers and the office
- Represent the Company with honesty and professionalism
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (HVAC, home improvement, or similar a plus)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable with travel and in-home appointments
- Basic measurement and simple math skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- HVAC experience helpful but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $80,436.13 - $250,000.00 per year
