Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance & Procurement Coordinator based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing procurement processes, generating and tracking purchase orders, analyzing financial data, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring efficient purchasing practices, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processes with a demonstrated ability to manage purchase orders
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing financial data and making evidence-based decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to track and manage multiple procurement responsibilities
- Familiarity with financial software or tools; experience in a design, architecture, or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
