Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Capital Market & Asset Management Associate. Responsibilities include analyzing potential investment opportunities, performing detailed underwriting and financial modeling, managing capital market operations, engaging in asset management activities, and supporting decision-making for acquisitions and repositioning projects. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic improvements and enhance property performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret market data and identify investment opportunities
- Solid knowledge in Finance and Investments to support decision-making and execution of strategies
- Understanding of Trading and Financial Services within the real estate investment domain
- Proficiency with financial modeling, market research, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or capital markets is highly desirable
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
