Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience reviewing business contracts and working with legal teams to redline and negotiate legal documents.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, with product knowledge.
- Experience in maintaining an executive presence and delivering presentations to leadership both internally and externally, with the ability to structure, analyze, and solve business problems while delivering impact against business goals.
- Understanding of SVOD and music subscription services, with knowledge of YouTube’s and Google’s products and the industries they operate.
- Ability to have a mindset of entrepreneurial, persistent, be highly collaborative, and intellectually curious.
- Excellent investigative skills.
About the jobIn this role, you will lead the development of YouTube's distribution, growth, strategic marketing and product integration partnerships. You will work within the YouTube Music and Premium product partnerships team to help negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that grow the YouTube Music and Premium through partnerships with top partners in entertainment, gaming, retail, aviation, living room devices, and banking.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$204,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Negotiate agreements with internal and external partners that support the growth of YouTube Music and YouTube Premium, including subscription distribution partnerships (e.g. integrated billing bundling agreements, etc.).
- Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.
- Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and navigate cross-functional complexity, work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for YouTube Music and Premium.
- Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.
- Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, strategy playbooks, account planning, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership teams and various stakeholders.
