Company Description: G2C Ventures ("G2C") invests in early stage Enterprise AI companies through its dedicated venture capital fund. After making our investment committment, we help our portfolio organize their pre-seed/seed co-investment syndicate with company building VCs. Post investment, we help our portfolio companies establish early product-market-fit, build a strong business plan and position for strong financing rounds for subsequent growth. Since inception, we have helped our portfolio companies create and capture several billion dollars of enterprise value.
Associate / Analyst Summer Intern Role Description: Venture associates and analysts work directly with the founding team and have a variety of responsibilities in support of market research for preparing investment thesis, sourcing companies we invest in and founders we partner with, supporting investment diligence cycles, organizing investment syndicate rounds and in assignments with portfolio company leaders.
Spring (Part time Remote) and Summer (Full-Time, in-Person Palo Alto) Internship program: We are looking to hire a few select summer interns to give them a snapshot of what an analyst/associate role at G2C would be like. This gives a good exposure to early stage venture capital investing and to the silicon valley startup ecosystem that has consistently generated the leading next-gen technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and compiling findings and data on market dynamics
- Identifying investment trends for targeted industry verticals
- Organizing outreach campaigns for sourcing portfolio companies to invest in
- Undertaking investment memorandum preparation and related financial business plan models
- Preparing investment memo materials and participating in founder pitch meetings
- Taking responsibility for assigned aspects of company building projects in marketing, business development, product mangement or financing (depending on portfolio company requirements)
- Partnering with investment team on all aspects of the sourcing, selection and company building value add
Qualifications: To be a successful candidate you must demonstrate

- Interest and insights on how uses of rapidly evolving AI technologies
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Interest in enterprise software and the AI technology stack for businesses
- Strong research, quantitative, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of corporate finance and valuations
You should also have strong communication skills and computer skills, including high level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and is using one or more of the leading GenAI platforms.
Prior experience in enterprise software/AI application development or sales and business development is a big plus.
For the Analyst/Intern role prior venture capital experience is not a pre-requisite but a commitment to building a venture capital/product management/company building career is a must.
For an Associate role an MBA and/or several years of related experience in enterprise software product management/go-to-market/venture capital roles is a pre-requisite.
A desire to learn and deliver creative solutions is a must. A "can-do" attitude and a good sense of humor will ensure your success in the role.
