Robert Half is partnering with a client in search of a skilled Production Artist to support their team during peak periods at the end of each quarter. This project‑based role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high‑visibility annual report, working closely with pre‑built templates and data tables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong visual execution.
The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, deep familiarity with production workflows, and strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, as this tool will be used extensively throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute layout, formatting, and production tasks for a yearly report using Adobe InDesign
- Work with provided data tables, templates, and branding guidelines to maintain consistency
- Ensure final files are clean, organized, and ready for delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to address revisions and maintain accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong, hands‑on experience in Adobe InDesign
- 1–3 years of Production Artist experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
- Ability to work efficiently during a concentrated 10‑day period each quarter
