We’re on the lookout for an energetic and creative Restaurant Manager specializing in social media to join our team! In this role, you will be the voice of our brand online, engaging with our community, promoting our offerings, and helping us grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, hospitality, and digital marketing, with a knack for crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter to boost brand awareness.
Create high-quality content including photos, videos, and posts that highlight menu items, events, and restaurant happenings.
Monitor social media channels daily to respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Collaborate with the culinary team to showcase new dishes, promotions, and special events through creative storytelling.
Track social media analytics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly for maximum reach.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Assist in managing online reputation by addressing guest feedback professionally across all digital channels.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for restaurants or hospitality brands.
Strong understanding of food presentation, culinary trends, and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that attract diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality management practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with the restaurant team to ensure brand consistency.
