About the Role
We are seeking a technical assistant to support the development and refinement of automation systems across multiple businesses, including property management, hospitality, and transportation.
This is not a senior developer role. You will work directly with ownership, taking partially built systems, workflows, and ideas and completing, improving, and maintaining them.
This role follows a structured execution model:
- Systems are designed at a high level
- You are responsible for building, refining, and completing them
- Final review and optimization is handled at the leadership level
Responsibilities
- Complete and refine existing automation workflows
- Assist with building workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Connect systems using APIs (Google Sheets, QuickBooks, CRM systems, etc.)
- Update and maintain websites and internal tools
- Test workflows and troubleshoot issues
- Clean and standardize data (phone numbers, locations, formatting, etc.)
- Document workflows and processes
- Improve efficiency and consistency across systems
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with JavaScript or similar (basic level is acceptable)
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and structured data
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction and complete partially built systems
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Basic web development experience
- Experience working with data workflows or integrations
- Exposure to AI tools or automation systems

Pay: $14.56 - $26.90 per hour
