Title: Clarity- Business Analyst

Job Description:
- The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation
- Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours
- Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute
- Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours
- Manages change and release management activities
- Suggests and facilitate process improvements
- Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing Conducts user training (on-need basis)
Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
