Kitchen Sales Lead & Team ( Full-Time)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Artcraft Kitchen & Design is experiencing record-breaking demand driven by our $25,000
Kitchen Makeover Giveaway, radio campaigns, and year-end promotions. We are hiring an
experienced Kitchen Sales Consultant to help manage and convert a high volume of
qualified homeowner leads.
This role is ideal for a proven kitchen salesperson who wants serious income potential,
weekly pay, and a long-term growth path inside a multi-company home improvement
ecosystem.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- Heavy inbound, pre-qualified leads (you are not cold prospecting)
- Dedicated BDC team setting appointments
- Proven in-home sales system

This is a closer’s role, not an order-taker position.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run in-home kitchen design consultations
- Measure kitchens and assess layout opportunities
- Present cabinet, countertop, and accessory options
- Build good / better / best proposals
- Present financing options (Acorn & Enhancify)
- Close deals in-home or within 48 hours
- Maintain accurate CRM notes in Zoho
- Coordinate with BDC for follow-ups
- Identify and refer cross-company opportunities (bathrooms, basements, stone
work)
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of kitchen cabinet or kitchen design sales experience preferred
- 2+ years of strong sales experience
- Experience running in-home consultations
- Strong closing ability in a high-ticket environment
- Professional appearance and communication
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Preferred:
- Experience with 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar software
- Familiarity with financing-based sales
- Background in remodeling, cabinetry, or construction salesCOMPENSATION (UPDATED)
This is a commission-only role, paid weekly.
- 25% commission on NET PROFIT per kitchen sale
- $200 retroactive bonus per kitchen once 10 kitchens are sold
o (Example: 10 kitchens = $2,000 bonus)
- 10% commission on net profit for cross-company referrals
o Bathrooms, basements, renovations (B&G Construction)
o Countertops and stone upgrades (ACA Stone & Marble)
Top performers earn $120,000–$200,000+ annually.
