Rate of Pay: $76,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Design studies, sketches, and conceptual studies using hand drawing and digital media);
- 3D modeling for detailed design studies and programming including Rhino and Sketch up presentation graphics;
- Produce presentation graphics and presentations by utilizing AutoCAD and Adobe Suite;
- Assist in preparation of construction drawings/documents, sets (grading plans, planting plans, layout plans, technical details and
- specifications) utilizing AutoCAD and SketchUP;
- Assist in development of site development plans submitted for development approval in conformance with plans, specifications, and
- ordinances;
- Compile and analyze data on site conditions;
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, technical reports and memos;
- Attend and participate in meetings (incl. oral presentations, interaction with clients, consultant teams, and travel);
- Work with senior designers and principals on a collaborative team from conceptual design through construction documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Suite (word, excel, outlook) as well as Google
- Docs and basic understanding of Rhino and Lumion.
